SF2IBM Ver. 1.96 English Patch

1) All references to Extended Memory in the files XSF196.EXE and
SF2CFG.EXE have been changed to Expanded Memory. Expanded is what,
in fact, the game uses.
2) The text strings "XMEMORY MODE" and "CONVENTIONAL MODE" on the
score line at the top of the match screen have been changed to
"SF2IBM 1.96".
3) All Korean characters in the XSF196.EXE, SF2_CHAR.SF2, and
SF2FILE.CFG files that could be found have been translated to English.
